Our commitment
on the ground.
XIVUNO means help or solidarity in Matsua. In that spirit, we support children and adolescents to stay in school in Vilankulo Municipality.
Funded by Terre des hommes Schweiz, the project combines material support, community awareness and social protection to tackle early school dropout and prevent early unions.
What we do
- Distribution of school supplies and personal hygiene kits.
- Talks with families and local leaders on children's rights and preventing early unions.
- Training peer educators and coordinating with Social Action services to support children at risk.
